At Focus we train in Mixed Martial Arts. What that means is that in order to advance you truly must have Focus. In each class there are elements from many different martial arts. All put together so that it is a smooth transition from white belt all the way through to black belt and beyond. Through this process we correlate real life struggles with the lessons taught on the floor. Creating a student that is ready to take on challenges and overcome obstacles.
